This error is caused by these DLL files being outdated or completely missing in your Windows operating system. In order for the mbot loader to run smoothly on your computer, it needs to access up-to-date system files (DLLs). 
 

SOLUTION STEPS

Please follow the steps below in order to permanently solve the problem: 
 

1. Step 1: Open the RAR file you have downloaded.
    
2. Step 2: Copy or extract to the desktop the msvcr100.dll and msvcp100.dll files already present inside the RAR.
    
3. Step 3: Go to both directories below on your computer and paste these DLL files you copied:
    

C:\Windows\System32

C:\Windows\SysWOW64

IMPORTANT NOTE: If a warning appears on the screen during the copying process stating "A file with the same name already exists in this location", make sure to select the "Replace the file in the destination" option to overwrite the old files.
